Description
The project covers design and construction improvements at 10 intersections: nine in Package A and one in Package B. Work includes replacing existing span-wire traffic signals with mast-arm signals; installing signal equipment, accessible pedestrian signal pushbuttons, detection systems, controllers, foundations, conduits, and electrical connections; restriping crosswalks; and modifying intersection corners, medians, and sidewalks to provide compliant wheelchair ramps and pedestrian connectivity where possible. The contractor must furnish labor, supervision, equipment, materials, and incidentals, and test the completed systems. The work is scheduled for completion within 360 calendar days after the Notice to Proceed, with substantial completion required no later than February 28, 2028.
