Description
Harris County Department of Education seeks a fully managed leased lit-fiber internet access service, with bandwidth options of 2, 3, 4, and 5 Gbps. The service is to terminate at North Post Oak for district locations to share. Bids should include installation and initial configuration, maintenance and technical support, bandwidth scalability during the contract term, and voluntary extension options unless the service is month-to-month. Proposers should separate eligible and non-eligible costs and identify any contingency fees or special-construction charges. The solicitation requests 3- or 5-year contract options; contracts are contingent on funding unless otherwise agreed by the district.
