Description
The State University of New York at Plattsburgh is soliciting bids for Project Number 26MG0608-D000959, titled "Baseball Complex New Synthetic Turf." The project involves the removal and disposal of existing field surfaces, site preparation, installation of a new synthetic turf playing surface at Chip Cummings Baseball Field, and replacement of the existing outfield fence. The work is to be completed by December 31, 2026. Bidding and contract documents can be examined free of charge at www.nyscr.ny.gov. An optional pre-bid meeting will be held on June 23, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. local time at 167 Rugar Street, Plattsburgh, NY 12901. Security in the amount of not less than five (5) percent of the Total Bid is required with each bid. The University encourages minority business enterprise and women-owned business enterprise participation, with specific goals for MBE (11.00%) and WBE (19.00%) participation, as well as a 6.00% goal for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Business (SDVOB) participation.
