Description
The State University of New York at Plattsburgh is soliciting bids for the replacement of a softball press box. The project involves furnishing and installing a new two-story stick-framed press box on an owner-provided foundation. The scope includes metal siding, TPO roofing, a rooftop media deck, doors, windows, hardware, minor electrical work, and a dual-zone mini-split HVAC system. The completion date for all work is December 1, 2026. An optional pre-bid meeting will be held on June 17, 2026.
