Description
The City of Burlington, Department of Public Works, Water Resources Division, is requesting proposals for construction services to stabilize a stormwater outlet located off Mount View Court. The existing vitrified clay outlet pipe has multiple broken sections, causing significant slope erosion and pipe shortening. The project requires extending and re-bedding the outlet pipe by an additional 37 feet, along with associated erosion control, regrading, and stabilization measures. The City may also elect to repair a second stormwater outlet off Crescent Road as an additive alternate. All work for both the base bid and additive alternate must be completed and billed before September 25, 2026, due to grant funding stipulations.
