Description
The Missisquoi National Wildlife Refuge requires maintenance for its visitor center and staff parking lot. The approximately 1.0-acre asphalt surface, originally constructed in 2006 and last maintained in 2019, has developed cracks due to winter conditions and regular wear. The scope of work includes cleaning and preparing the asphalt surface, filling cracks with hot rubberized crack filler, applying a commercial-grade asphalt sealer to the entire surface, and re-striping all parking areas to match the existing layout. The contractor will also be responsible for providing traffic management supplies to direct visitors to an alternate parking area. The period of performance for this contract is from August 1, 2026, to September 30, 2026. Quotes are due by July 3, 2026.
