Description
Lewisville Independent School District is seeking one or more providers to deliver a comprehensive, turnkey after-school enrichment program for students in Pre-K through eighth grade. The provider must furnish personnel, program administration, curriculum, academic and enrichment activities, supplies, equipment, supervision, registration and enrollment processes, communications, customer service, and operational resources. Programming must include academic enrichment, fine arts, recreation and sports, character development, and community service or service learning, with age-appropriate offerings and staffing ratios for Pre-K, kindergarten through second grade, third through fifth grade, and sixth through eighth grade. The program is intended to be self-sustaining and revenue-generating, with no direct program, subsidy, administrative, or management fee paid by the District. Proposals must include a detailed financial model, student and family fees, proposed revenue sharing with the District, staffing and service-delivery plans, campus implementation and scalability, performance reporting, and contingency staffing. The District may make a single award or multiple awards. The initial term is November 2026 through July 2028, followed by three successive renewal periods described as two-year terms extending through July 2034.
