Description
The City is seeking a tenant to lease between 10 and 20 acres of city-owned land for haying. The tenant must provide the equipment, labor, and services needed to cut, bale, and remove the hay, and may retain the hay harvested. Proposals must state a lump-sum annual rent and include a comprehensive description of the proposer’s experience and qualifications; additional pertinent information may also be included. The lease term is three years. The attached draft agreement contains the proposed agreement conditions and insurance requirements.
