The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers is seeking construction services for improvements to Harlingen Placement Areas 13 and 10. The scope includes clearing and grubbing existing dikes, repairing the drop-inlet structure, constructing a splash pad for the drop-inlet structure, and constructing a semi-compacted containment dike.
