Description
FARCO, acting as the Construction Manager for the Cave City School District, is soliciting bids for an Early Site Work Package for a New Elementary School. Bids are due by 2:00 p.m. on July 1st, 2026, and must be delivered to the FARCO Construction Office at 1530 Batesville Blvd, Batesville, AR 72501. A public bid opening will be held at the same location at 2:00 p.m. on Wednesday, July 1st, 2026. The project owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any formalities. A pre-bid meeting is scheduled for Wednesday, June 24th, at 10 AM, and attendance is highly encouraged for all bidders. Bidders must possess a current general or specialty license.
