Description
This solicitation is for the Provalus Renovation of the property located at 101 North Main Street in Harrison, Arkansas. Bids will be accepted for individual trade packages. Sealed bids will be received until 2:00 p.m. on Thursday, July 16th, 2026, at the City of Harrison City Hall, located at 118 Industrial Park Rd, Harrison, Arkansas. Electronic bids can be submitted to publicworks@cityofharrison.com. A pre-bid meeting is scheduled for June 23rd, 2026, at 2:00 p.m. at the project site, 101 North Main Street, Harrison, Arkansas. Construction documents can be obtained electronically at no cost from Butch May Contracting, Inc. at 701 North Walnut Street, Harrison, Arkansas. Contact Amber Thomason at 870-741-9637 or thomason@bmccontractors.net for electronic copies. Bid security of five percent (5%) of the bid amount is required for bids over $100,000.00. A one hundred percent (100%) Performance-Payment Bond will be required from the successful bidder for bids over $100,000.00.
