Description
The Little Rock Ambulance Authority d/b/a MEMS is issuing this Request for Qualifications (RFQ) to identify and qualify capable providers of HR/Payroll Software and Human Capital Management (HCM) Systems. The selected firm will be responsible for providing the initial software, coordinating system interfaces, conducting necessary training, and offering ongoing technical support post-installation. MEMS is seeking Statements to Qualify exclusively from software providers specializing in these areas. The chosen supplier will oversee the software installation process and provide essential training and technical assistance to MEMS staff. This is a qualification-based solicitation, and MEMS reserves the right to award to the most qualified provider based on the submitted documentation.
