Description
Bi-State Development, doing business as Metro, is seeking qualified firms to provide supplemental, on-call ADA paratransit overflow transportation services supporting Metro Call A Ride. Services may include subscription trips, peak-demand periods, same-day service needs, service disruptions, vehicle shortages, and other operational constraints that exceed Metro’s in-house capacity. The resulting contract or contracts will be non-exclusive. Metro may assign trips to one or more contracted providers and retains full discretion over trip-assignment volumes.
