Description
The Town of Parker is soliciting proposals for a complete modular pit seating wagon system for the PACE Center mainstage theater. The work includes field verification, engineering, off-site fabrication, delivery, installation, and testing of low-profile rolling wagons that support the existing orchestra-pit seating, connect with quick-release hardware, lock to the pit lift, and fit within the existing narrow storage room. The system must include durable black non-carpet flooring, hinged or otherwise compact storage configurations, aisle infill platforms, compatibility with the existing modular railing, and installation of the existing seats onto the new wagons. The contractor must provide a complete working system, coordinate with other trades, supervise installation, demonstrate and test the system, train Town staff, and provide warranty support. Proposals must include pricing by equipment and area, an overall project cost summary, exceptions, project approach, scheduling plan, contractor qualifications, at least three comparable prime-contractor project references with current contacts, site-supervisor qualifications, and subcontractor information if applicable. The solicitation also requires a completed electronic RFP response and acknowledgments of the terms and insurance requirements.
