Description
Ability Connection Colorado, Inc. is soliciting bids for Category 1 internet access and data transmission services for its Paris Center. The requested service may be month-to-month or provided under a multi-year contract and should support capacities from 100 Mbps to 2 Gbps, including fiber, DSL, cable, lit fiber, or other economically feasible technologies. Fiber offerings should generally range from 40 Mbps to 1 Gbps, while DSL offerings should provide at least 40 Mbps downstream and 20 Mbps upstream where available. Proposals should separately identify the provider's SPIN number, connection type, construction or installation costs, monthly recurring and non-recurring costs, estimated taxes, service details, and support plans. The buyer is also interested in managed router services covering provisioning, configuration, and maintenance, as well as managed broadband support and regular service updates and upgrades. Category 2 services are not requested.
