Description
The Port of Corpus Christi is soliciting construction services for the Harbor Point site. The scope includes selective site demolition; stormwater improvements; site grading; concrete structures, amphitheater construction, and flatwork; procurement and installation of park equipment; irrigation; landscaping; and a project schedule with unique phasing for site development. The attached reference package contains geotechnical and groundwater investigations for the proposed park site. The reports describe an earthen mound amphitheater with terraced concrete seating, bio-infiltration detention basins, walking paths, a paved food-truck area, shade structures, retaining-wall work, and related site improvements. The reference reports are expressly identified as for reference only and are not part of the construction contract.
