Description
Goodbuy Purchasing Cooperative is establishing contract(s) for band and orchestra instrument service and repair. Vendors must submit hourly or per-job labor rates and may also submit discounts from list price for instrument parts; a catalog or price list is required for parts to be included in the award, otherwise the response will be treated as labor-only. The resulting contract is intended to serve participating members throughout the selected service regions, including statewide coverage if offered. Responses must include the required online bid responses and attachments, including the Edgar Vendor Certification Form, Goodbuy Regional Map, Form W-9, Goodbuy Construction-Related Advisory, and completed Form 1295 documentation. A $50 nonrefundable administrative fee is also required, and the bid must be submitted through the program's online bid submission software. The contract period is March 1, 2027, through February 28, 2028, with a possible mutually agreed one-year renewal.
