Description
Goodbuy Purchasing Cooperative is soliciting catalog-based contracts for library books, periodicals, media, supplies, and systems. Vendors must submit catalog titles or online catalog URLs and the percentage discount offered from list price; a catalog or price list is required for consideration. Awards may be made by individual item or to multiple vendors, and participating members will place orders through purchase orders during the contract period. The contract is effective from March 1, 2027, through February 28, 2028, with a possible mutually agreed one-year renewal. Required response information and attachments include catalog/price-list information, Form 1295, the Edgar Vendor Certification Form, Form W-9, the Goodbuy Regional Map, the Goodbuy Construction-Related Advisory, the DEI Policy, and required online certifications and acknowledgments. A nonrefundable $50 administrative fee is required, and awarded vendors must remit a 2% participation fee based on member sales.
