Description
Goodbuy Purchasing Cooperative is soliciting vendors to provide device supplies, service, and repair through catalog discounts and hourly or per-job rates. Vendors may submit catalogs or price lists, identify applicable discounts, and provide hourly rates and descriptions for the device services they offer. The resulting contract is intended to serve participating members throughout the contract period, with awards potentially made by individual line item and to multiple vendors. Required response materials include the completed bid-platform fields and pricing information, catalog or price list, Form 1295, regional service map, W-9, Edgar Vendor Certification Form, Goodbuy Construction-Related Advisory, DEI Policy, and other required certifications and acknowledgments in the bid invitation. A $50 nonrefundable administrative fee is also required, with payment due within 48 hours after bid closing. The contract period is February 1, 2027, through January 31, 2028, with a possible mutually agreed one-year renewal.
