Description
Goodbuy Purchasing Cooperative is establishing catalog-discount and hourly-rate contract(s) for security products and services serving participating school and other cooperative members. Vendors may submit catalog discounts for supplies and describe security services with hourly or per-job rates, including applicable rate sheets and service-area limitations. The solicitation also permits vendors to identify additional catalogs, products, related services, and discounts. The response requires completion of the online bid fields and submission of the required certifications and forms, including the Edgar Vendor Certification Form, Goodbuy Construction-Related Advisory, Goodbuy Regional Map, Texas Form 1295 documentation, Form W-9, DEI Policy, felony-conviction disclosure, Texas Family Code child-support affidavit, boycott certifications where applicable, residency certification, suspension/debarment certification, non-collusion statement, proposal compliance declaration, and other required acknowledgments. A $50 non-refundable administrative fee is required, and awarded vendors must remit a 2% participation fee on member sales and submit monthly sales reports. The resulting contract is intended for purchases from March 1, 2027, through February 28, 2028, with a possible mutually agreed one-year renewal.
