Description
This invitation seeks vendors to establish catalog/hourly-rate contracts for disaster recovery and remediation services. Requested offerings include restoration services; mobile, lodging, and mobile command facilities; roofing restoration; environmental response; debris removal and salvage; and related products or services normally performed by the respondent. Vendors must provide hourly or per-job rates, catalog or price-list information, and any discounts offered to cooperative members. A catalog or price list is required for the applicable bid line. Responses must include the required online bid information and attachments, including a W-9, regional service map, Edgar Vendor Certification Form, Form 1295 documentation, Goodbuy Construction-Related Advisory, and completed DEI Policy. The solicitation also requires acknowledgment of the cooperative's terms, a $50 nonrefundable administrative fee, vendor certifications, and agreement to the cooperative's two-percent participation fee on member sales. Subcontracting or assignment is prohibited without prior written consent.
