Description
Goodbuy Purchasing Cooperative, administered through Education Service Center, Region 2, is soliciting catalog-based contracts for special education supplies, equipment, and assistive technology. Vendors must submit catalogs or online catalog URLs and proposed discounts from list pricing. The solicitation permits partial awards and requires vendors to identify the manufacturers, brands, models, and other product information for offered items. The resulting contract is effective March 1, 2027, through February 28, 2028, with a possible mutually agreed one-year renewal. Vendors must submit the required certifications and forms, including the Edgar Vendor Certification, Form W-9, Goodbuy Regional Map, Form 1295 materials, construction-related advisory, DEI Policy, and required bid-response certifications. A nonrefundable $50 administrative fee is required, and awarded vendors must remit a 2% participation fee on member sales. Products are generally expected to be delivered within 10 working days after receipt of a purchase order, unless otherwise specified.
