Description
Goodbuy Purchasing Cooperative is establishing one or more catalog contracts for audio/visual equipment only. Vendors must submit catalogs or online catalog URLs and the percentage discount offered from list price. The contract is intended to serve participating members, with vendors indicating the geographic regions they can supply; the regional form states that service may extend throughout Texas, the United States, or specified regions. Responses must include the required online bid fields and attachments, including a completed Form W-9, Goodbuy Regional Map, Edgar Vendor Certification Form, Goodbuy Construction-Related Advisory, Form 1295 documentation, and completed DEI Policy. The bid also requires acknowledgment of applicable terms and certifications, a $50 non-refundable administrative fee, company contact information, catalog/pricelist information, and any applicable felony, residency, boycott, debarment, non-collusion, and compliance disclosures. The contract is effective from March 1, 2027, through February 28, 2028, with a possible mutually agreed one-year renewal.
