Description
The Defense Logistics Agency is seeking one package of lens paper, NSN 6640-01-459-4239. The required item is 4 by 6 inches, Type I, Class 5, for wet use, with 50 sheets per package. The solicitation identifies PECA Products, Inc. part number LP-46 as a product reference and permits alternate offers only when accompanied by complete technical data sufficient for evaluation. The item must be commercially packaged and marked in accordance with the stated medical packaging and marking requirements, with delivery FOB destination.
