Description
Tacoma Public Schools is soliciting bids for approximately three truckloads of copy paper, typically 840 cases per truckload, with an approximate order quantity of 2,520 cases. Paper must be 8.5 by 11 inches, 20-pound bond, and 92 brightness, palletized, and delivered by truckload on a dock-to-dock basis. The preferred delivery lead time is 21 calendar days or less, with a required maximum of 60 calendar days after each order. The district will award the bid to a single vendor and evaluate products for form, fit, function, and overall quality. Bidders must provide brand names and product numbers, submit four reams of the proposed paper for testing, complete the online pricing bid table, submit the required signature page, provide a return and warranty policy, and complete and upload the new vendor packet as needed. Natural Choice and Staples standard brand SKU 324791 are unacceptable; Comet Multi-Purpose Paper U31473 is an approved acceptable brand. Pricing must remain firm for three months from the contract date, and late delivery or defective paper may result in damages, rejection, replacement, or contract termination.
