Description
The City of Gary Redevelopment Commission is receiving sealed bids to lease two parcels at 3301 and 3343 Broadway for a use that supports economic development. The parcels are identified as 45-08-22-301-001.000-004 and 45-08-22-301-002.000-004. Bids must be received by 4:00 p.m. on October 28, 2026. The proposal package must include a completed approved cover sheet, an executive summary, bidder and project-team qualifications, a detailed project description, similar-project listings, an implementation timetable, proposed financing, completed exhibits, and a sealed envelope marked as instructed. The exhibits include a notarized non-collusion affidavit and affidavits concerning defaults or breaches and bankruptcy. The selected bidder will negotiate a development agreement and, after award, execute a lease contract and provide a certified check.
