Description
The City of Hobart Sanitary District is soliciting qualifications and proposals from developers to collaborate on design development and construction drawing preparation, then develop, construct, operate, and maintain public infrastructure improvements under a build-operate-transfer program. The anticipated scope includes a new lift station, force main, and gravity sewers, potentially constructed in phases by one or more developers. Submissions must address company qualifications, at least three similar completed projects with references, technical approach, project implementation, financial approach, project team structure, a proposed financing and construction schedule, and any fees requested for the two- to three-month scoping process. A certified check or other evidence of financial responsibility is not required. The proposal must be submitted electronically as a multi-page PDF by email to the owner's representative.
