Description
The Federal Bureau of Prisons, through FCI La Tuna, is soliciting firm-fixed-price quotes for 80,960 units of pasteurized, unflavored whole milk. The milk must comply with CID A-A-20338A, Group I, Type A, Flavor 5, and 21 CFR 131.110, and must be provided in either 8-fluid-ounce aseptic packages or plastic bottles using conventional agricultural practices. Substitutions will not be accepted. Deliveries must be made in equal increments every Tuesday from October 1 through December 31, 2026, with quantities requested as needed by the Food Service Administrator. Evaluation will consider price and past performance, with price weighted more heavily. The contractor must accept Government purchase cards and maintain active registration in the System for Award Management, including providing a Unique Entity Identifier and Commercial and Government Entity code.
