Description
The County of Westchester, New York is soliciting sealed proposals for Contract No. 26-200, which involves boiler cleaning and emergency repairs for the Central Heating Plant located on the Grasslands Campus in Valhalla, New York. Bid documents will be available after 1:00 p.m. on May 29, 2026, and must be obtained from the Empire State Purchasing Group website (http://www.bidnetdirect.com/new-york). Bidders must register and download the bid documents from this website using the name of the entity that will submit the bid to ensure the documents have not been altered. A pre-bid inspection is available by appointment only. The County aims to encourage the participation of Minority Business Enterprises (MBE) and Women Business Enterprises (WBE).
