Description
The City of Poplar Bluff, Missouri is seeking sealed bids for a commercial-grade, zero-turn riding mower to be used at the Poplar Bluff Regional Business Airport. The required mower should be comparable to a Scag Turf Tiger II (Model STTII-72V-40BV-EFI) and feature a minimum 40 HP gasoline engine with Electronic Fuel Injection (EFI). It must have a minimum 61-inch cutting deck made of heavy-duty fabricated steel (minimum 7-gauge or multi-plate top deck equivalent to 1/2-inch thickness) with cast-iron spindles. The drive system should be a heavy-duty industrial hydraulic system with dual 16cc pumps and high-torque wheel motors, capable of forward speeds up to 12 mph. A shaft-driven cutter deck is preferred. The mower must have a minimum 12-gallon fuel capacity and include safety features such as a Roll-Over Protective Structure (ROPS) with seatbelt, a full suspension operator seat, and integrated discharge/debris shields. A minimum 2-year commercial warranty is required.
