Description
This solicitation is for park attendant services for the Clearwater Project Office. The contractor will be responsible for providing all necessary personnel, equipment, supplies, and services to perform park attendant duties. Services include, but are not limited to, maintaining park facilities, assisting visitors, collecting fees, and performing daily cleaning and heavy cleaning tasks. The place of performance is within the Clearwater Project Office's area of responsibility, specifically at 6501 Wayne Route HH, Piedmont, MO 63957. The contract period includes a base period from the date of award until February 28, 2027, with two option periods extending through February 29, 2028, and February 28, 2029.

Requirements
- Comprehensive Vehicle Liability Insurance
- Fidelity Bond/Insurance or equivalent deposit/check/letter of credit to protect against theft, misappropriation, or loss of government funds/property collectible by the contractor collected during the term of the contract and for 60 days after contract completion. Minimum amount $5,000, usual amount $10,000 (as applicable per project). May be waived with deposit of U.S. bonds, certified check, bank draft, money order, or irrevocable letter of credit made payable to the Corps of Engineers Finance and Accounting Officer. Bond
