Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs is issuing a Request for Lease Proposals for approximately 62,784 ANSI/BOMA square feet of space to establish a Community-Based Outpatient Clinic in Canton, Ohio. The space must meet requirements for a modern healthcare facility, including design, construction, security, operations, maintenance, tenant improvements, operating costs, shell rent, and parking. The lease offers a 15- or 20-year firm term, with occupancy required within 28 months of award.
