Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs is conducting a sources-sought request for information to identify qualified manufacturers, authorized resellers, distributors, or dealers capable of providing FDA-approved Binding Site Optilite analyzer reagents, consumables, and supplies. Requested items include Freelite Kappa and Lambda kits, Ceruloplasmin kits, washing and tubing-maintenance solutions, sample diluents, TENCELL cuvettes, and sample cups. The Attachment A quantities include 120 Kappa kits, 120 Lambda kits, 20 Ceruloplasmin kits, and specified quantities of the other consumables. Items must be the same as those currently validated for use on the Optilite analyzer; reuse and substitution are prohibited. Equal items must demonstrate compliance with all stated salient characteristics, including specified measuring ranges, kit contents, assay capacities, and stability requirements. No remanufactured or gray-market supplies are acceptable, and interested parties must be able to provide OEM authorization documentation. Responders are asked to provide company and business-size information, manufacturer or distributor status, applicable federal contract information, capabilities, information on equal items, and unofficial pricing. This notice is for market research and planning only and is not a solicitation.
