The Town of Gilbert is seeking statements of qualifications from qualified architecture and engineering firms for construction manager at risk services for the Western Powerline Trail Phases 6 and 7 project. The project will design and construct approximately three miles of a regional multi-use path corridor, including a 10- to 12-foot paved pathway, landscaping, and lighting. Statements of qualifications must be submitted as a single, PC-readable, non-password-protected PDF through the Town of Gilbert's electronic bidding platform. The submission must include all information requested in the RFQ and follow the specified order. A pre-submittal conference will be held via Microsoft Teams, and attendance is highly recommended but not stated as mandatory.
