Description
The City of Chandler is requesting Statements of Qualifications from qualified consultants to provide annual professional services for water main replacement projects under City Project No. EN2602. Selection will be based on evaluation criteria in Section 5, and no pre-submittal conference or interviews will be held. Questions are due by September 18, 2026, at 5:00 p.m. Arizona time. Statements of Qualifications must be submitted as PDF attachments by email no later than October 1, 2026, at 3:00 p.m. Arizona time. Project Reference Forms must be submitted directly by evaluators to the designated reference email address. Respondents are responsible for obtaining and acknowledging all addenda.
