Description
The City of Chandler is seeking a construction manager for the federally funded Ray Road and Dobson Road Intersection Improvements project, Project No. ST2103.451. The underlying construction project includes intersection widening, dual left-turn and right-turn lanes, ADA upgrades, bike lanes, sidewalks, curb and gutter, street lighting, traffic signals, storm drainage, a raised landscape median, wet and dry utilities, irrigation systems, site walls, and related improvements. The selected construction manager may provide preconstruction assistance; construction management and inspection; weekly construction meetings; CPM schedule evaluation; review and response to RFIs, shop drawings, field directives, change orders, payment applications, and contractor red lines; public outreach; utility and permitting coordination; special inspections, including traffic signal inspection; material testing and quality assurance; MOPO and stakeholder coordination; project closeout; and oversight of FHWA funding compliance. Questions must be submitted by email, and statements of qualifications must follow the RFQ document's submittal instructions rather than being submitted through the procurement portal.
