Description
Fayetteville Public Works Commission is requesting statements of qualifications from firms to provide professional engineering and land surveying services for the Cross Creek Outfall project. The work includes relocating approximately 2,000 linear feet of 36-inch sanitary sewer between Greensboro Street and Hillsboro Street; incorporating approximately 200 linear feet of 8-inch water main with a railroad crossing; and incorporating approximately 1,037 linear feet of 8-inch water main along Edwards Street. Services include continuation of design, permitting, bidding, construction administration and observation, surveying, project management, as-built and record drawing services, and coordination with the North Carolina Department of Transportation, North Carolina Department of Environmental Quality, Norfolk Southern Railroad, and CSX Railroad. Respondents must submit a qualifications statement addressing personnel, consultants and subcontractors, project experience, project approach, schedule, similar projects completed within the last five years, and references. The qualifications submittal is limited to 20 pages, excluding covers and certificates of insurance, and must include both redacted and un-redacted PDFs.
