Description
The United States Army Special Operations Command requires a contractor to completely refurbish one existing large Consumat dual-chamber medical waste incinerator and retrofit one existing small Consumat dual-chamber medical waste incinerator. The work includes project management, labor, materials, equipment, supervision, freight, installation, integration, testing, commissioning, on-site training for up to five government personnel, user and installation manuals, written warranties, and technical documentation supporting applicable operational requirements. The contractor must provide or install components including burners, PLC and control systems, hydraulic loading and cleanout doors, ram-loader systems, dumpers, refractory-lined stacks, refractory and steel work, blowers, fuel-train components, and associated controls. The completed systems must operate at minimum burn rates of 350 pounds per hour for the large unit and 200 pounds per hour for the small unit, while fitting within existing footprints and utility interfaces without structural or facility modifications. The quotation must include a completed and signed SF 1449, active SAM registration confirmation with UEI and CAGE Code, applicable amendment acknowledgments, verification of a current CMMC Level 1/NIST SP 800-171 Basic Assessment in SPRS, a technical capability narrative limited to five pages, and a firm-fixed-price proposal using the stated CLIN structure. The contractor must complete the work within 24 weeks of award and perform warranty inspections at three, six, and twelve months after final commissioning. Award will use a lowest-price, technically acceptable evaluation.
