Description
The Defense Logistics Agency is seeking four packages of disposable surgical scrub brush-sponges, issued as packages of 25 each. The item is described as a non-irrigating brush with bristles on a foam sponge backing, impregnated with 4% chlorhexidine gluconate solution and including a disposable plastic nail cleaner. The requested NSN is 6530-01-519-5786, although the solicitation states that this NSN is not procurable and directs ordering NSN 6530-01-211-4810 for military assemblies. The supplies must have a 20-month, non-extendable shelf life, with no more than three months elapsed between manufacture and delivery. Delivery is FOB destination to the medical logistics activity at Building A5474, Pratt Street, Fort Bragg, North Carolina. Packaging, medical marking, palletization, and destination inspection requirements apply.
