Description
Palm Beach County seeks firm, fixed unit pricing for the as-needed purchase and delivery of reflective and non-reflective sign sheeting materials and reflective conspicuity tape. The solicitation covers five lots, including transparent overlay film, diamond-grade and engineer-grade reflective sheeting, opaque vinyl sheeting, and red-and-white alternating reflective tape. Products must meet the stated Florida Department of Transportation, ASTM, and other applicable standards; equivalent products are permitted if they meet the specifications. The County may request samples, and descriptive literature is required when offering an equal product. The contract is for an initial 12-month term, with four additional 12-month renewal options. The anticipated value for the initial term is $76,000. Deliveries are to locations within Palm Beach County as specified on delivery orders, generally within 30 calendar days after receipt of an order.
