Description
Warrick County School Corporation seeks a fully managed, leased lit wide area network service connecting Elberfeld Elementary School and Warrick Education Center to the Warrick Administration Building head-end. Each site requires scalable bandwidth from 1 Gbps to 10 Gbps, with laddered pricing options and separate pricing by site. The applicant is technology-neutral and will consider fiber, hybrid, or non-fiber transmission methods; fiber handoffs are requested. The selected vendor will demarcate service in designated existing network closets and identify any provider-owned equipment needed for the handoff. Proposals must describe the network topology, transmission medium, handoffs, equipment, and any construction or installation costs, and include complete recurring and nonrecurring pricing, a proposed SLA, three similar-service references, the provider’s E-Rate SPIN number, and a ready-to-execute or sample contract. The SLA must address availability, packet loss, latency, jitter, contention and oversubscription, 24/7/365 trouble reporting, repair commitments, chronic trouble, and service reporting. The contract is intended to begin July 1, 2027, subject to E-Rate funding and an applicant-issued notice to proceed; the stated term is five years with up to five optional one-year extensions.
