Description
The project includes public improvements under the base bid: earthwork, lake excavation, on-site roadway improvements, drainage, water and wastewater distribution, irrigation, and a roadway landscape buffer. Alternate 1 covers private improvements, including earthwork, on-site roadway improvements, drainage, irrigation, and landscaping. Bidders must have operated under their current business name for at least five continuous years, provide documentation of at least two similar contracts completed within the past three years, and be registered with E-Verify. A bid security of at least 5% of the grand total, including alternates, is required. The successful bidder must provide 100% performance and payment bonds for awarded work.
