Description
This construction project includes approximately 2,400 linear feet of 16-inch PVC recycled water transmission main, with open-cut and trenchless installation, fittings, valves, blow-offs, air/vacuum release assemblies, connections to existing water mains, hydrostatic pressure and leakage testing, and disinfection in accordance with AWWA standards. The work also includes erosion and sedimentation control, utility coordination, and restoration of roadways, sidewalks, and driveways, along with permanent seeding and all incidental work required for a complete installation. Only the four vendors shortlisted through RFPQ #26033 are eligible to bid: Cleary Construction, Inc.; JDS, Inc.; RDJE, Inc.; and Site Engineering, Inc. Addendum 1 states that Fire Fly Trail will likely remain partially open during construction, affected trees must be replaced, and the lowest responsive and responsible bidder will receive a notice of intent to award subject to approval by the Mayor and Commission.
