Description
Gwinnett County Department of Parks and Recreation is soliciting competitive quotes for the purchase, delivery, assembly, and installation of recreational game equipment. The requested equipment includes pool tables, pool table accessory kits, wall and floor cue racks, air hockey tables, shuffleboard tables, and 18 International Table Tennis Federation-approved table tennis tables. Brand-name items or approved equivalents may be quoted; equivalent products must include specifications, and certain equipment categories must use a single manufacturer. Quotes may be submitted for individual items or the entire solicitation, and pricing must include shipping, delivery, assembly, and installation. Delivery is required to Dacula Park and Lenora Park. The quote package must include the completed Quote Schedule, at least three similar-project references completed within the past five years, and the Contractor Affidavit and Agreement. The selected supplier must satisfy the stated insurance requirements, including commercial general liability, automobile liability, workers' compensation and employer's liability, and applicable umbrella or excess liability coverage.
