Description
Schenectady County is soliciting bids for the refurbishment of vehicles and equipment for the Department of Environmental Public Works (DEPW). The work will be performed at 100 Kellar Avenue, Schenectady, NY 12306. Digital copies of the specifications can be obtained from BidNet Direct at www.bidnetdirect.com/new-york or by emailing purchasing@schenectadycountyny.gov. Paper copies can be picked up at the Purchasing Department, 2nd Floor, Schenectady County Office Building, 620 State Street, Schenectady, New York, 12305, with a 24-hour advance email request to the Purchasing Department. All proposals must be submitted in a sealed envelope marked "Bid" and stating "Schenectady County Vehicle & Equipment Refurbishment, RFB-2026-26" to the Purchasing Agent by June 24, 2026, at 11:00 AM. Woman and minority-owned businesses are encouraged to submit proposals. Schenectady County is an Equal Employment Opportunity/Affirmative Action employer.
