Description
El Dorado Irrigation District is soliciting professional services to implement the Habitat Mitigation and Monitoring Plan for the Sly Park Intertie Improvements Project. The work covers restoration of a 0.4-acre mitigation site along Clear Creek, including invasive non-native species removal, erosion control, riparian and upland plantings, native seed application, habitat restoration, and maintenance. The contractor must follow the attached planting specifications, use approved native plant materials, provide provenance and seed-quality documentation, protect the site, and complete required cleanup and erosion-control measures. The scope includes project planning and meetings, restoration implementation, maintenance visits, replacement planting or supplemental seeding as needed, and deliverable reports with treatment results and photographs. The anticipated work period is 18 months from issuance of the Notice to Proceed, with planting no later than February 1, 2027 and maintenance activities extending through December 2027. The proposal must demonstrate direct habitat-restoration experience, provide a detailed schedule and cost table, answer the supplemental experience questions, identify the project team and subconsultants, provide three client references, address contract and insurance requirements, and acknowledge all addenda.
