Description
Western Nevada College is soliciting bids for a prevailing-wage restroom renovation project at the South end of the Dini Library Building. The work includes new finishes, partitions, counters, light fixtures, plumbing fixtures, and accessories for the men's and women's restrooms. Temporary protection will be required because the restrooms are at the library's main entrance, and work hours may need to be adjusted for water, gas, or electrical interruptions. The contractor must submit certified payroll through the LCPtracker software platform. The estimated project cost is $200,000 to $250,000, with liquidated damages of $500 per day. Work is scheduled to begin December 21, 2026, and be fully complete by March 26, 2027, subject to change by the owner. Required insurance, if awarded, includes commercial general liability, business automobile liability, workers' compensation, and builder's risk.
