Description
Gwinnett County Fire and Emergency Services is seeking an LPG-fueled live-fire training system with a portable vehicle fire prop for live-fire scenarios at its department training academy. The awarded supplier must provide the system and accessories, setup of the prop and system, and initial training for personnel covering setup, operation, and all components. Pricing must include shipping or delivery, setup, and training. The equipment must be compatible with a 1,000-gallon liquid-draw LPG tank and meet the listed NFPA, National Fuel Gas Code, National Electrical Code, industrial machinery, and UL 508A standards. The system must include a portable multi-zone burn pan or tray, piloted burner system with flame monitoring, control console with safety shutoff and emergency controls, wireless remote control, cables and propane connections, and a portable vehicle prop with lockable heavy-duty casters, functional hood, and doors. The product must be delivered by the end of 2026. Quotes will be evaluated for the lowest responsive and responsible supplier, and the County may award the quote in whole or in part.
