Description
Montgomery County, Ohio is soliciting bids for the replacement of heating boilers and the central domestic water heating and storage system, including associated components, electrical feeds, and equipment at the Montgomery County Jail. The project's engineer's estimate is $1,926,250. All bids are due electronically through the County's OpenGov Procurement portal by 1:30 PM on Wednesday, July 8, 2026. A mandatory pre-bid meeting is scheduled for Wednesday, June 24, 2026, at 1:30 PM at the Montgomery County Administration Building, followed by a site tour. Potential bidders are required to attend this meeting and should review all plans and specifications beforehand.
