Description
The United States Air Force, AFLCMC/PZIBA, Wright-Patterson AFB, Ohio, intends to award a sole source contract for a comprehensive furniture package to update outdated furniture in Facility 20016. The required product types include Conference Tables, Buffet Credenza, Seating, Break Room Furniture, Glass boards, and Flooring. This procurement is being conducted under the authority of RFO 12.102(a) because a previous competitive solicitation (FA8601-26-Q-0046) resulted in only one technically acceptable offeror, Elements IV Interiors. The proposed source is Elements IV Interiors, located at 3680 Wyse RD, Dayton, Ohio. This notice serves as an intent to award a sole source contract. However, responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation within 5 days of this notice if they believe they can fulfill the requirement. Information received will be used to determine if a competitive procurement is warranted. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 337214 - Office Furniture (except Wood) Manufacturing, with a size standard of 1100 employees.
